Smart LMS
Learning Application With Online & Offline Courses
Project Overview
Smart LMS is a digital learning product consisting of a website landing page and a mobile application, designed to sell courses and support continuous learning.
The project was built from scratch, focusing on a seamless journey from discovery and purchase (web) to learning and continuation (app).
AI was used in the landing design as a supportive tool for faster content generation and structuring, while final decisions were driven by UX principles.

UI/UX Challanges
After user-research we faced 3 major problems that severely impacted the business plan:
Conversion In Website
Users are often overwhelmed by scattered information and competing messages. Understanding the value takes time, and the path to action (CTA) is not clear.
Usability & Continuity In App
After purchase, users face challenges in managing and continuing courses: Inconsistent experience across content formats Difficulty resuming incomplete courses Lack of clear progress tracking
Core Challenge
Designing a seamless experience between decision-making (web) and learning (app) with minimal friction.
How I Solved Challanges
01
Website | Conversion-Focused
UX Approach:
Linear and focused flow toward CTA
Reduced time to value and decision friction
Structure:
Hero (Value Proposition + CTA) | Benefits | Course Highlights | Testimonials | Final CTA
AI-Assisted Design:
AI used for initial content and structural exploration
Final outputs refined based on UX and conversion principles
UI Decisions:
Clear visual hierarchy
Strategic CTA placement
Whitespace to reduce cognitive load
Scannable and consistent course cards
01
Application | Flow, Usability, Accessibility
UX Approach:
Simplified flow: Discover → Purchase → Start → Continue Learning
Quick access to in-progress courses
Information Architecture:
Unified structure across content types
Prioritized learning progress
Clear & predictable categorization
UI Decisions:
Consistent components across formats
Key information visibility (duration, level, progress)
Strong readability & hierarchy
Final Design & Outcomes
A cohesive experience where:
The website drives users efficiently toward purchase
The app enables seamless and continuous learning
Clear structure and consistency reduce cognitive load and improve usability
Out Comes:
Improved clarity in decision-making
Reduced friction in purchase flow
Faster access to ongoing courses
Increased user retention
This project focused on designing an end-to-end experience, showing how alignment between web and app improves overall user experience
